Come to the Annual Noodle Dinner May 12 - 7-9 pm. at the Catholic Parrish Hall in Greenup. This year - Chicken and Noodles or Beef and Noodles with Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Rolls, Pie or Cake, Iced Tea, Lemonade, and Coffee. Adults $7, Children 10 and under $3.50. Tickets at the Johnson Building or at the door.

        The Cumberland County Historical and Genealogical Society in Greenup, Illinois, maintains records and assists with the preservation of local history in Cumberland County, Illinois.
     The Cumberland County Historical and Genealogical Society elected to locate its collection in museums along the National Road. The Greenup Museum Complex now consists of three 100-year-old buildings on the National Register of Historic Places:
    -- The Historic Greenup Depot,
    -- The Johnson Building and Genealogical Library, and
    -- The Military Museum in the former Carnegie Library.

    Thursday-Saturday 11:00 to 3:30
    Other hours and Sundays by chance or appointment.
    Group tours available during regular hours or at other times by appointment.
